Getting Started at Potentia MedSpa

One visit.

1. You book. Online or by phone, any time.

2. Your consult and skin analysis. We talk about what you want, then we run the diagnostics. A surprising number of people discover something they didn’t know.

3. Your review and treatment plan. We go through your data together, and you’ll understand it before you leave. Then we build your plan.

$100, including the skin analysis and the time to go through it.

You’ve got a health concern 

Two visits, and the second one is why this works.

1. First visit, your history. What changed, when, and what you’ve already tried. Then we decide what to test.

2. Your labs. One to three weeks. Billed separately, and PPO plans usually cover standard testing.

3. Second visit, your results. I go through them with you, out loud. What’s high, what’s low, what’s technically normal but not right for you, and how they relate to each other. Reading them one at a time is why so many women are told everything is fine while they feel terrible.

4. Your plan. Built from your data, not from a guess.

One fee covers both visits, not each separately.

What happens next

Every clinical patient starts a program. REVIVE for one primary issue, VIP for several at once. Both run twelve months and include check-ins with me between visits, coaching, a med spa credit, and a complimentary treatment.

On the aesthetic side, your treatment plan is the program.

Then we measure. Skin rescanned, labs rechecked. If the data says it isn’t working, we change it.

Insurance and payment

Payment is required upfront for all programs.  You’ll get a superbill after each visit to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA is accepted.
